We're a Nairobi laundromat built on a simple idea: your time is worth more than your laundry, and your clothes deserve better than a rushed job.
From one machine to Two Rivers
UltraClean Laundromat started with a frustration every Nairobi household knows, laundry day eating the weekend, and dry cleaners that returned clothes stiff, faded or late.
We set out to do it differently: sort every load properly, use detergents that are kind to skin and fabric, press each item by hand, and get it back when we promised. Word spread, and today we operate from Two Rivers Mall with pocket-friendly pickup and delivery across the city.
We're still small enough to know our regulars by name, and careful enough that they keep coming back.

Care for your garments
Every item is sorted, treated according to its fabric, and inspected before it goes back to you. If something needs special handling, we'll flag it rather than risk it.
Respect for your time
Next-day as standard, same-day when you need it, and a text when your order is ready. We tell you when it'll be done, then we do it.
Honesty about price
Published rates, weighed loads, and a confirmed total before we start. No mystery charges when you come to collect.
Clean machines, clean results
Hygiene isn't a nice-to-have in this business, it's the whole product. Our machines are cleaned and serviced on a regular schedule, and every order is kept physically separated from the moment it arrives to the moment it's returned.
We use skin-friendly detergents suitable for sensitive skin and children's clothing, and we can switch to a hypoallergenic or fragrance-free wash on request. Whites are processed separately to prevent any colour transfer.
